Sujhaav is an initiative committed towards enabling NGOs in India doing the ground work to make an impact at scale, by developing growth strategies, helping them raise funds and building a strong social media presence to better facilitate sponsor relationships.

Founder & CEO
Shashwat believes in fulfilling his social responsibility as a global citizen to pay something back to the society that has made the man he is today. After graduating from BITS Pilani and attending Carnegie Mellon for his grad school, he went on to take up a role as a strategy consultant in one of the top consulting firms. He has been actively working with organizations and offering them pro bono consulting services since then.
KHYATI JAIN
Strategy Consultant
Khyati is a cross-functional strategy consultant on the path of self-discovery who strongly believes that the world will be a better place by doing small selfless deeds starting from oneself. Continuing on the same journey, she wishes to make a difference by leveraging the synergies between engineering and business from her undergrad studies at BITS Pilani and grad school at Columbia University for the pro-bono consulting efforts.

Ananya was brought up in a family where giving back to the society was a fundamental part of her upbringing. She believes, “Seldom do we count our blessings for the access to basic needs and an education” and thus aims to leverage her education acquired from both Christ University, India and University of Warwick, UK, to make a difference in people's lives.
